To address the gap between consumers and farmers, the South African Pork Producers’ Organisation (SAPPO) created the SAPPO Selekt concept, who’s primary objective is to educate and inform consumers as to where their food is coming from, who is producing their food, and what these people care about.
It is vital for consumers today to get a clear understanding of modern farming practices, as well as getting to know that the farmers who are producing their food care for much more than just the food that they produce.
In SAPPO Selekt Season 1, we explore seven themes and interviewed many farmers who shared their stories. Below are the seven adverts that will appear in December in the print media.
The aim of each advert is to attract readers to scan the QR code and watch the short video. Once again, the utilisation of the QR code will enable us to determine what kind of engagement will take place and which videos will perform best.
