Consumers taught how to cook pork properly

“We’re serious about teaching SA consumers how to cook pork properly and our first series of cooking classes starts this week,” says Marieta Human, SAPPO’s marketing manager.

“In association with the publications True Love and Move five classes, teaching approximately 320 people in total, are planned for the next two months.

“Consumers will get the chance to handle and cook three pork cuts under guidance in a fun-filled morning at one of the Chefs’ Academy’s. Below is the announcement for the first three meat master classes as published by True Love and Move on their digital and printed platforms.
