Embrace winter with our new pork recipes

As the cold of winter finally envelops us, the timing couldn’t be better. We’re in the final stages of creating a new set of recipe adverts that will soon be distributed to our retail and media partners. We also plan to promote these recipes across our social media platforms. Our aim is to tantalise your taste buds and showcase the perfect pairing of pork with winter dishes. Pork is an excellent, value-for-money protein that complements your favourite winter vegetables, providing the comfort food needed to bring a smile to your face on those chilly days. Here are the first four recipes we will release and promote from mid-June onwards.

Herby french-style pork chops

These are not your ordinary pork chops. Infused with fresh herbs and spices, they boast a unique, irresistible flavour. Grilled to perfection and served with roasted vegetables, they transform into a delightful and refined dish, perfect for any gathering.

Creamy bean stew with crispy mixed pork bits

This comforting and hearty bean stew features a creamy base and is spiced to perfection, then topped with crispy pork bits for added texture and flavour. It’s ideal for a cozy meal, served with chutney, creamed buttermilk, or cheese dollops, and crispy bread.

Pork breakfast hash

This hearty breakfast hash showcases tender pork shoulder goulash, seasoned with smoked paprika and cumin, baked with eggs, and topped with feta and creamed cheese. The addition of bell peppers and onions adds extra flavour and nutrition. Enhanced with sun-dried tomato paste, chili flakes, and fresh dill, this dish is a comforting and satisfying start to your day.

Cider-roasted pork loin

This elegant cider-roasted pork loin features a flavourful marinade with hard cider, star anise, Szechuan peppercorns, and maple syrup. It’s perfectly roasted and served with fresh figs, sliced pears, pecans, and rocket leaves for a festive meal.
