Season 1 episodes
SAPPO Selekt – the content platform of the South African Pork Producers’ Organisation (SAPPO) – provides insights into farming and South Africa’s agricultural sector to help consumers better understand where their food comes from and how it is produced.
The first season of seven short films, which features a number of SAPPO farmers, closes the knowledge gap between diversified farmers and South African consumers, whether they buy their pork from the farm, from their local butcher, or at the supermarket. The short films answer questions like how pork farmers use regenerative farming to address climate change and global food security, while supporting conservation and nearby communities.
