In response to the agricultural industry’s challenges to find qualified and experienced young agriculturists and farmers, and graduates’ struggle to find entry-level jobs or internships, AgriCAREERConnect is an annual career event for the industry to showcase career opportunities in agriculture and interact with students.
Six univer- sities will be participating: Pretoria, Stellenbosch, Free State, Northwest, Limpopo, and KwaZulu-Natal on 19-21 October, and the focus areas are horticulture & crops, animal production and integrated disciplines.
