America says bacon makes everything better. Hormel Foods decided to put that statement to test by developing Hormel Black Label Breathable Bacon or bacon-scented masks.
Using the latest in “bacon-smell technology,” the company developed breathable, 2-ply fabric face masks. Nick Schweitzer, senior brand manager of Hormel Lack Label Bacon, told AgriTalk host Chip Flory on Monday that Hormel is getting millions of requests across the country for these masks.
“We’re not trying to fuel any debate on whether we love or hate masks, or if you should wear them or not. The team found a way to infuse the smell of Hormel Black Label Bacon into some beautiful 2-ply masks,” Schweitzer said.
