Blackened pork steak roosterkoek with pickle juice dressing

Pork rib kota

Umngqusho with smoky pork 

This is a unique take on umngqusho. It features pork marinated in a Smokehouse BBQ Rub and smoked braai salt, enhanced with vibrant peppers for a smoky flavour.
