Chefs taught the finer aspects of cooking with pork

Chefs participating in the recent Inter Hotel Challenge spend a day with experts who gave presentations on a variety of food-related subjects. Marieta Human of SAPPO and Hennie Cronjé and a colleague, Bennie Kok, of Sweetwell Farms demonstrated the various cuts of pork. Marieta also provided hints on the best cooking methods for each.
